A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW, Jonathan began his career with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte before moving into technology and analytics. He played a pivotal role in growing Calnea Analytics into the UK’s largest provider of property market intelligence and later co-founded Estatesearch, an award-winning legal technology firm serving private client practitioners across the UK and Canada.

Tom Gallagher

Tom Gallagher is an accomplished technologist and full-stack developer with nearly three decades of experience delivering innovative digital solutions for global brands and startups alike.
Throughout his career, Tom has architected and deployed web, mobile, and AI-driven systems for organisations including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Sony Music, T-Mobile, and financial service providers in regulated sectors. His expertise spans frontend product design, backend architecture, and applied artificial intelligence, with deep proficiency in technologies such as React (Web & Native) and Ruby on Rails, as well as modern cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud. Tom also brings extensive experience integrating large language models (LLMs) and related technologies to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.
Tom’s background includes leading successful development consultancies that delivered secure, user-focused applications and APIs to clients across finance, telecoms, and e-commerce. His technical leadership is underpinned by a strong commitment to innovation, demonstrated through voluntary projects for Number 10 Downing Street, the Disasters Emergency Committee, and JustGiving.
Greg Olenczuk

Greg is a seasoned Information Security and Data Privacy Consultant with over 17 years of experience across financial services, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, insurance, IT, and retail. Throughout his career he has advised executive teams on building secure, compliant, and resilient operations aligned with industry recognised cyber, information and data security standards.
As a certified auditor and trainer, Greg has helped numerous organisations achieve Cyber Essentials and ISO certifications, embedding effective security and governance frameworks to meet regulatory obligations. His expertise spans operational risk, business continuity, data protection, and cybersecurity strategy.
Before founding the company, Greg led security operations on critical infrastructure projects across the EMEA region, supporting government clients in areas such as border surveillance, counter-terrorism, and risk management. He also brings the operational discipline and leadership gained from his earlier career as a Royal Marines Commando.
